Required Training

Staff:

Wisconsin law now requires all public school employees to have training on Mandatory Reporting and Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting.  This is a new law.  The law requires all employees to have this training within the first 6 months upon hire and once every five years thereafter.  (Wis. Stat. sec. 118.07(5).)

The training we will be using will be a power point presentation that is now on the ILearn system.  After viewing the slides, there will be a slide that contains a statement indicating you have viewed the slides and will be responsible for the information in them.

This training will need to be completed this school year.

Please watch for communication from your supervisor or building administrator regarding how this training will be accomplished.

The steps to access the training are as follows:

1.  Click here to go to the training
2.  enter your username and password and click login
3. This should take you directly to the training
4.  view the slides
5.  when finished submit.

Please note:  you must complete this training even if your building has had training on this subject this year.
