Field Trip Request Information
To schedule your field trip to the Environmental Site first click on the Events Calendar above to see all available dates. Field trip dates can be reserved one season in advance. We are currently taking advance dates for the Fall, Winter and Spring seasons. Requests can be made by emailing william_dingwall@msd.k12.wi.usor calling 715-556-2538 (cell)

Curriculum
Mission Statement
The School District of the Menomonie Area believes environmental education is a lifelong learning process that will produce knowledgable, caring and active citizens. Our goal is for students to recognize the interdependence of humans and their environment by developing creativeproblem solving skills, scientific and social literacy, and ethical awareness. Our program is designed to identify content and instructional approaches which can be infused into the existing curricula. Creating this commitment to engage in responsible individual and cooperative actions will ensure an ecologically sustainable environment.
