New to the School District of Menomonie?
If your student has never been enrolled in the School District of Menomonie, click below to begin the enrollment process.Begin New Student Enrollment
If your family already has a student enrolled in the School District of Menomonie, please select the Current or Returning Families tab.

If your family already has a student enrolled in the School District of Menomonie, or your student previously attended the district, log in to your Skyward Family Access account to enroll an additional child or re-enroll a returning student.

If you are unsure whether you already have a Skyward Family Access account or need help logging in, please contact the District Office at 715-232-1642 before requesting a new account.
Once you are logged in to Skyward Family Access, click New Student Online Enrollment to begin a new enrollment application. Follow the prompts to complete each step of the online registration.

The School District of Menomonie four-year-old kindergarten (4K) program is offered to all children who turn four years old on or before September 1.
If your family already has a student enrolled in the School District of Menomonie log in to your Skyward Family Access account to enroll an additional child.

Enrollment Checklist
To complete enrollment, please have the following documents ready:
- Proof of Menomonie Residency – Provide one of the following documents with your name and current address:
- Current utility bill
- Rental agreement
- Mortgage statement
- Property tax bill
- Immunization Records – If these are not transferred from your child’s previous school, please include them with enrollment. You can request records from your healthcare provider or check the Wisconsin Immunization Registry.
- Additional Documents (if applicable) – Include any relevant paperwork, such as:
- Custody or legal documents

Stay connected! Help us keep our records up to date by filling out our Census Google Form today. This form helps us plan for future enrollment and gather information from families with younger children who are not yet enrolled, as well as any students living in the district who are not currently attending.

For elementary students, school placement is based on your residence. Use our District Boundary Map to determine your assigned elementary school. Additionally, the district has one middle school building (grades 6-8) and one high school building (grades 9-12).
