Step 2: View and Complete the following:- Online Training Presentation
- Mandatory Reporting
- ALICE Video
- Blood Borne Pathogen Training (you do not need to print out the results page)
Step 3: Complete Substitute Training Verification Form 2025-2026 to acknowledge you have completed the required training.
Step 4: To assist in placement, please complete the Substitute Information Form
Step 5: Print, sign, and return the Substitute Agreement

- I-9 Documentation Information: Passport, OR driver's license and social security card (See complete list HERE)
